Role Description
SouthernCarlson is seeking a dedicated and reliable Class B CDL Driver for a full-time, on-site position based in San Jose, CA. The role involves operating company vehicles to transport materials and products to customer locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. Responsibilities include loading and unloading products, verifying orders for accuracy, maintaining delivery schedules, adhering to safety protocols, and performing routine inspections of the vehicle for maintenance needs. The driver will also provide excellent customer service during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience in operating commercial vehicles and ensuring load security
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading materials
- Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules and accurate record-keeping
- Commitment to safety standards and vehicle maintenance
