Branch Manager

Bi-lingual in Spanish is  a PLUS! WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Responsibilities include successful management of  branch employees, branch financial performance, and personnel, inventory, distribution, and vendor processes.  Demonstrates effective leadership skills to Branch employees. Will have 6 direct reports. Assist with Cash drawer report, daily cycle counts, daily invoice totals, back order reports, and deleted PPS reports. Also duties include incomplete cycle counts, transfers not converted, transfers not received, 14 day open PPS's, and outstanding service PPS's.  Develops a strategy that outlines resource requirements, including facilities, equipment, and staff, to meet current and anticipated growth goals of the company. Provides clear expectations of goals to all branch employees. Manages performance of branch employees and recognizes issues, trains, coaches, counsels, and takes corrective action when warranted. Understands and utilizes financial indicators to measure the performance of branch. Ensures safety and security of all employees, facility, equipment, and inventory. Maintains compliance with all safety and Hazmat, DOT, legal, and employment regulations. Manages fleet resources to meet daily customer service delivery requirements. Manages slotting and storage layout for optimum efficiency. Maintains documented procedures for work processes. Ensures compliance with processes and procedures to maintain accurate levels of inventory and prevent shrinkage. Maintains open channels of communication with the Regional Operations Manager and Regional Sales Manager regarding all operations, processes, and personnel. Supports a collaborative environment with other Branch Managers to promote efficiency in the Company. Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
