Surgical Scheduler
Southern Vision Center is seeking a full time Surgical Scheduler.
This position helps our surgeons deliver world-class eye surgery by scheduling patients to receive eye procedures designed to preserve, improve or restore vision.
Ideal candidates have excellent people skills, are comfortable with computers and medical office software and they have a strong desire to help others.
They will be well organized, have an excellent telephone manner, and be comfortable meeting with patients and discussing the finances associated with receiving surgical care. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding of the importance of timely follow up. They will carry out their duties with excellent attention to detail and with empathy.
One to five years prior medical office, hospital, or ASC experience desired.
