About the Role:
GF Properties Group is seeking a detail-driven Real Estate Investment Analyst / Asset Management Analyst to support the management and performance of a diverse real estate portfolio. This role works closely with the Portfolio Manager and Vice President, contributing to asset oversight, financial analysis, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing support, and strategic decision-making across commercial and mixed-use properties.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending financial modeling, market research, site analysis, and operational execution in a fast-moving, mission-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day asset management across GF Properties Groupās portfolio
- Assist with leasing coordination, contract administration, and loan placement and monitoring
- Perform site visits, property inspections, site analysis, and due diligence
- Support construction management, budgeting, and project tracking
- Build, maintain, and present complex real estate financial models in Excel
- Assist with acquisition and disposition analysis and execution
- Conduct market and industry research to inform investment decisions
- Prepare reports and financial summaries for internal leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorās degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1 year of experience in real estate, finance, or a related industry
- Strong foundation in financial accounting and analysis
- Proven experience building and maintaining real estate investment models (Excel)
- Working knowledge of site analysis, due diligence, and project budgeting
- Strong critical thinking, organization, and time-management skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Working knowledge of ARGUS
- Valid driverās license and insurable under Growth Fund vehicle policy
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting commercial or mixed-use real estate portfolios
- Familiarity with tribal, public-sector, or mission-driven investment environments
- Preference given to enrolled and qualified Native American candidates
