What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Controller position at Southern Ute Indian Tribe Growth Fund?
Summary
This position is responsible for management of accounting functions, to include general ledger and all related subledgers, as well as supervision of assigned accounting staff, Growth Fund accounting principles, practices, and procedures, and assisting in the annual audit and budget process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other closely related field and eight years full time and progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance is required.
- Must have CPA certification.
- Must have at least three years experience supervising, mentoring, and training others.
Locations in Ignacio, Colorado
