We are seeking an experienced professional with a degree in business or engineering, preferably with 10 years of experience. Alternatively, candidates with a two-year degree in business or engineering and 12 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 15 years of experience may also apply. Qualified Native American applicants are preferred.
