Position Summary
The Enrollment Coordinator provides administrative and operational oversight for the front-line service model within the Registrar's Office. Essential Functions
- Hires, trains, coordinates, and supervises 10 student employees. Oversees the appropriate student staffing needs of the Registrar's Office which includes student staffing for front-end, transfer articulation, academic scheduling, and graduation.
- Directs and coordinates the comprehensive registration process which includes walk-in counter, telephone, email, and electronic queue system. This includes resolving complex registration barriers, overrides, and transaction disputes escalated by student staff.
- Coordinates registration and training for self-supported academic units and new Academic Advisors.
- Serves as the liaison between Career Services and Registrar's Office to ensure proper input and data integrity of Internships.
- Manages purchasing and audit responsibilities for the Registrar's Office by serving as the account manager. Creates and submits purchase requisitions and other documents in compliance with current University policies and procedures
- Assists with budget by providing detailed information regarding student work hours and purchasing tracking.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, coordinate schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated experience with supervision/mentorship.
- Experience with Google Workspace or equivalent
- 4 year Bachelor's Degree OR relevant experience
- Experience with Ellucian Banner or other SIS
