SUBR | Head Bowling Coach DateJune 09, 2026 Position Vacancy Announcements SUBR | Head Bowling Coach | Position Type: Full-Time Unclassified Salary: $30,000 - $55,000 | Application Deadline: July 10, 2026 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Head Bowling Coach is responsible for the overall management, development, and leadership of the collegiate bowling program. This position includes coaching, recruiting, student-athlete development, academic monitoring, scheduling, budget management, and compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA regulations. The Head Bowling Coach will promote a positive and competitive environment that supports student-athlete success both academically and athletically. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Plan, organize, and conduct practices, competitions, conditioning sessions, and player development activities. Recruit, evaluate, and retain qualified student-athletes while maintaining recruiting records and communication. Monitor academic progress, mentor student-athletes, and support retention and graduation efforts. Coordinate team travel, scheduling, equipment, uniforms, and game-day operations. Manage program budget, purchasing, inventory, and fundraising activities. Ensure compliance with institutional, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills. Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel as required. Proven coaching and/or competitive playing experience at the collegiate level.
