Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cook at SOUTHERN TRACE REHABILITATION & CARE CENTER, located in Bryant, AR. The Cook will prepare and present meals according to dietary guidelines and resident needs, ensuring quality and taste. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards, managing food inventory, and assisting with meal planning. Collaboration with the dietary team to accommodate resident preferences and special dietary requirements will be essential.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills in meal preparation, including knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Experience with meal planning and adhering to dietary guidelines
