The ideal candidate is reliable, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Whether you're preparing handcrafted coffee drinks, serving up fresh meals or assisting with bakery tasks, you'll play an essential role in creating a great experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes with precision
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and ensure accuracy in order taking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including brewing equipment and service counters
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist in food preparation, handling, and serving as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times

- Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a café or similar food service environment, customer service or a similar role is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with different coffee types
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Understanding of food handling practices and commitment to maintaining cleanliness

- Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed

Southern Touch Bakery, Coffee Shop & Cafe is looking to expand our team! Our town is growing and so is business! We would love to invite a strong, multitasking and energetic teammate to the group! Hours of operation include: Sunday: 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM. Open availability is a major highlight and our highest need.

Wage provided is hourly and pay is weekly through direct deposit. Tips are paid out in cash daily.

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
