Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead shop employees to ensure productivity and quality of service.
Oversee parts ordering and ensure timely availability for service needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards.
Monitor and maintain profit margins and pricing markups in line with store procedures.
Ensure the shop is stocked with the necessary inventory and supplies to perform daily operations.
Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring all clients receive courteous and professional service.
Collaborate with store leadership to achieve operational goals and KPIs.
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions.
Train and mentor new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or business training preferred.
2 years of experience in service operations or shop management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems, parts ordering, and markup strategies.
