Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts receivable using accounting software and other programs
- Maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Processing payments on accounts
- Processing transactions and performing accounting duties including account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling customer accounts
- Communicating with customers via phone/email regarding payment status
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills preferred

Experience
Preferred- 1 year(s): Professional work experience with emphasis in accounts receivable/collections.
