As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in preventing loss and ensuring the safety of individuals within the premises.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Operate CCTV and surveillance equipment to observe activities and detect suspicious behavior.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, identifying potential security risks or hazards.
- Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed in emergency situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report incidents or suspicious activities.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences in detail.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is advantageous.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is a plus.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and the public.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
