Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Keyholder role based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Keyholder supports daily store operations by opening and closing the store, securing premises, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include delivering attentive customer service, driving retail sales, maintaining product presentation and visual standards, and promoting Southern Tide’s brand values. The Keyholder assists with inventory management, restocking, and loss prevention, while helping train and support team members on product knowledge and customer experience. This role also partners with store leadership to meet sales goals, resolve customer concerns, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all shoppers.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Experience, with a focus on creating an inclusive and positive store environment.
- Retail Sales experience, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals, drive add-on sales, and support store performance initiatives.
- Solid Product Knowledge and the ability to learn and communicate key features, fits, and benefits of Southern Tide apparel and accessories.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers, collaborating with team members, and supporting store leadership.
- Previous retail or keyholder experience preferred, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and basic POS systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move stock, and perform light physical tasks associated with retail operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a passion for apparel, lifestyle brands, and coastal-inspired fashion is a plus.
