Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Keyholder located in Greenwich, CT. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, assisting customers, and providing an exceptional shopping experience. Keyholders also support sales associates, manage inventory, and maintain store appearance. You will ensure that all customers receive the best possible service and support the overall operational efficiency of the store.
Qualifications
- Strong Product Knowledge and ability to convey information about merchandise
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to engage with customers
- Experience in Retail Sales, providing a high level of Customer Service and enhancing the Customer Experience
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage store operations
- Familiarity with inventory management and maintaining store appearance
- Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Previous retail experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
