This is a full-time on-site role located in Greenville, SC, for a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders and returns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and represent the Southern Tide brand in a professional and friendly manner.
