Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Surgical Technology, Surgical Assisting, and related technical competencies
- Understanding and experience with Operating Room procedures and protocols
- Background in Medicine and Surgery, with the ability to convey practical applications
- Strong teaching, communication, and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage educational documentation and adhere to institutional guidelines
- Certification in Surgical Technology (CST) or related credentials preferred
- Associate degree or higher in Surgical Technology or a related field
- Previous teaching experience is a plus
