Qualifications
- Proficiency in Surgical Technology and Operating Room procedures
- Experience in Surgical Assisting, Medicine, and Surgery techniques
- Strong instructional and classroom management skills
- Ability to mentor and support students in hands-on learning and professional development
- Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST), or equivalent credentials
- Minimum of three years of work experience in a surgical environment
- Associate degree or higher in a related field is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
