Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Port Charlotte, FL, involves teaching and mentoring students in the field of electrical systems and safety. The Electrical Instructor will develop and deliver lesson plans, provide hands-on training, and assess student progress to ensure mastery of key concepts. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Electrical Safety and Electrical Maintenance
- Proficiency in Electricity and the ability to teach related concepts
- Experience with Training and Curriculum Development in a technical or educational setting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to motivate and effectively guide students in achieving educational goals
- Prior teaching experience in a related field is preferred
- Licensed electrician or relevant professional certification is an advantage
- Associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
