- Build and support .NET web APIs and services; design and normalize data models; write performant T‑SQL, stored procedures
- Contribute to front‑end delivery (JavaScript/JQuery/CSS/HTML); React and TypeScript are preferred for new work
- Use AI coding assistants (tool‑agnostic) and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery (scaffolding, tests, refactoring, documentation), reviewing all outputs for security, quality, and compliance
- Participate in Agile ceremonies; collaborate with a Product Owner and Business Analyst to refine user stories and acceptance criteria
- Troubleshoot production issues and support business‑critical applications during the transition
- Help with cloud‑native development and migrations to Azure; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and approximately 2–4 years of software development experience
- Strong C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET (Web API), Entity Framework/LINQ
- Microsoft SQL Server expertise (complex T‑SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning); ETL/SSRS reporting experience
- Front‑end fundamentals: JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML; React and TypeScript are a plus
- Git and CI/CD experience (e.g., Jira/Bamboo/Jenkins); IIS deployments; Agile team practices
- Experience in Financial Services; Wealth/Brokerage/Trust/Financial Planning systems preferred
- Clear communication, adaptability, and collaborative teamwork
- React, accessibility best practices, and modern web patterns
- Azure cloud development and deployment; Azure Data Lake/Databricks exposure
- Prior migrations from on‑premises applications and data to Azure
- AI‑assisted development
