Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize CNC programs for stone countertop fabrication using AlphaCAM
- Draft and manage digital templates and layouts in Slabsmith
- Interpret and refine CAD drawings for production use
- Collaborate with templators to verify field measurements and ensure design accuracy
- Communicate effectively with the production team to troubleshoot issues and maintain workflow
- Maintain organized records of job files, revisions, and production notes
- Ensure all programming aligns with material specifications and project timelines
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in AlphaCAM and Slabsmith (or similar CAD/CAM software)
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and stone fabrication processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience in countertop or stone fabrication is a plus
- Full-time, on-site position at our Nashville facility
