Southern State Renovation & Roofing is a fast-growing, locally owned roofing and exterior construction company serving North Alabama. We are seeking motivated, professional Roofing Sales Representatives to join our expanding team. This is a high-income opportunity for driven individuals who are confident, reliable, and ready to grow with a reputable company.
As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, present solutions, and help customers through the insurance or retail roofing process from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and assess storm or age-related damage
- Generate leads through company-provided and self-generated opportunities
- Explain roofing systems, materials, and warranties to customers
- Assist homeowners through the insurance claim process when applicable
- Prepare and present estimates and contracts
- Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth project flow
- Follow up with customers before, during, and after installation
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Represent Southern State Renovation & Roofing in a professional manner at all times
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction sales a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Smartphone and basic technology skills

Compensation
- Commission-based pay with no income cap
- Top performers earn $75,000–$150,000 annually
Job Type: Full-time
