- Follow installation standards and local building codes
- Coordinate materials and deliveries to job sites
- Communicate with project managers on progress and timelines
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in handrail installation, trim carpentry, or finish carpentry
- Strong woodworking and construction skills
- Ability to read measurements and apply basic geometry
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- Must be 21 years old
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various job site conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
