Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy and detail-oriented full-time bookkeeper to assist with the day-to-day financial operations of our growing company.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and ability to work with a team. Equally important is the ability to demonstrate sound judgement and the utmost confidence.

Qualifications

- To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to demonstrate knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll.

- The individual should also possess knowledge of GAAP.

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Proficiency with Microsoft office products

- Highschool diploma or GED

- 2 years of accounting experience

- Knowledge of JobBoss a plus

Responsibilities

- The bookkeeper will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations in accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.

- The bookkeeper will be responsible for keeping confidential and sensitive information

- The bookkeeper will work in conjunction with the Controller, as well, as the rest of our team

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
