We have an immediate opening for a CSR (Customer Service Rep) to assist the Key Account Manager in increasing and maintaining the sales of Southern’s customers with our product lines and marketing programs. To provide excellent sales and customer support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or related produce industry, a plus.
- Administrative/clerical experience, preferred.
- Must be motivated, goal-oriented self-starter and team player with excellent interpersonal and phone skills.
- Must have the ability to take initiative and have strong daily multi-tasking and prioritizing skills.
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with computer competency.
- Fluent in English and Spanish both written and verbal.
