Food Truck Team Member
Southern Smokeshack BBQ is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and friendly team member to join our food truck crew!
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that includes food preparation, customer service, taking orders, assembling meals, cleaning, stocking, and helping with the day-to-day operation of the food truck.
We stay busy, especially during lunch and dinner rushes, so we're looking for someone who can work quickly, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude when things get hectic.

- Has flexibility to work lunches, evenings, and some weekends
Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Dependability, attitude, and willingness to work are the most important things we're looking for.
Pay: $15–$18 Per Hour
Our pay structure includes a base hourly wage plus tips.
- Base Pay: $12.00/hour
- Typical Total Earnings: Approximately $15–$18/hour depending on tips and sales volume
Employees receive their regular hourly wage plus their share of tips earned during food truck service. Even on slower setups, employees are guaranteed at least $5.00 per hour in tips while the food truck is operating.

This is an active job where everyone pitches in. Our crew works together to prepare food, serve customers, keep the truck stocked and clean, and make sure each setup runs smoothly.
