Southern Smiles Studio is seeking a full-time, Registered Dental Assistant to join our beautiful, technology-forward general dental practice in Dyersburg, TN. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others, is patient care focused, flourishes in a fast-paced environment, and will make an immediate impact on the practice.
As an RDA, you will have the opportunity to work side by side with our talented team! Candidates must have their RDA license, 2 years of experience in a general dentistry setting and be comfortable and confident in dental assisting.

Requirements
- RDA from an accredited dental assisting program
- 2 years in a general dentistry setting is required
- CPR certification according to the state Board of Dentistry requirements
- Current CE requirements according to the state Board of Dentistry
- Dental X-ray certification
- Well-organized and reliable
- Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
- Good computer skills on a variety of software
- Consistently professional in appearance and attitude
- Experience with Eaglesoft or Open Dental a plus
- Nitrous and Coronal Polishing a plus
- Expanded Functions a plus
