We're looking for a Charter Sales & Operations Coordinator to support every stage of the charter experience—from quoting and trip planning to crew coordination and client service. This role combines charter sales, scheduling, logistics, and customer support to ensure every trip is executed safely, efficiently, and seamlessly.
- Quote and coordinate charter flights
- Manage trip logistics, crew scheduling, and client communications
- Arrange hotels, transportation, catering, permits, and other trip services
- Support domestic and international trip planning
- Maintain accurate records and operational schedules
- Deliver exceptional service to clients, crews, and partners
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Aviation, hospitality, luxury travel, or concierge experience preferred
- Comfortable working varied hours, including a rotating on-call schedule
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Aviation experience strongly preferred
