Role Description The Mitigation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Buford, GA. This position is responsible for overseeing mitigation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards and company procedures. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating and leading field crews, assigning work orders, monitoring project timelines, and verifying that proper equipment, materials, and documentation are in place. The Mitigation Supervisor will inspect job sites, assess conditions, implement mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. This role also involves communicating regularly with clients, insurance representatives, and internal teams, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining accurate records, reports, and project updates.
Qualifications
- Must have 2 years of Management experience
- Experience supervising mitigation, restoration, construction, or related field operations, with the ability to lead and motivate crews.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, vendors, and partners.
- Familiarity with mitigation or restoration best practices, safety standards, and relevant industry guidelines (e.g., IICRC) is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work orders, scopes, and job documentation, and to maintain accurate project records.
- Comfort working in field environments, including potentially challenging conditions, and capability to perform physical tasks as required by the role.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and mobile technology for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in mitigation/restoration or safety are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
