Job Summary
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers throughout the insurance claims process, construction scheduling, and project management.
General Accountabilities
- Examine and inspect work progress and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Read specifications, such as Xactimate estimates, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
- Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
- Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
- Confirm budget and work orders before start of project.
- Communicate effectively with management, other departments, and sub-contractors to complete the repair process in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple construction projects.
- Order materials or supplies.
- Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
Job Qualifications
- Education: high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience as a cost estimator/project manager
- proficiency in Xactimate estimating software.
- Maintains a valid and current Ga driver’s license.
- Successfully pass a background check

- $75,000 - $85,000 annual base salary based on experience.
