Lake Marion Health and Rehab located at 1527 Urbana RD Summerton, SC is seeking a FULL-TIME, Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed practical Nurse for NIGHT Shift (LPN), & PT or PRN 7p-11p nurse.
* $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME NURSES
LPN RANGE- $28.08-$38.60 PER HOUR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL (Based on shift)
JOB SUMMARY: Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by nurses (as applicable to scope of practice) and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility's mission.
