We’re looking for a hands-on Superintendent who takes pride in running clean, organized jobsites and delivering projects the right way — safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.
The Role
As the on-site leader, you’ll be responsible for driving field operations from start to finish — managing subcontractors, maintaining schedule, enforcing safety, and ensuring quality across every phase of the project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run daily field operations and keep projects on schedule
- Lead subcontractors and coordinate all trades on-site
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Oversee quality control and ensure work meets plans and specs
- Identify issues early and keep the project moving forward
- Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and project teams
- Review drawings and schedules to ensure proper execution
- Manage documentation, daily reports, and site communication
What They’re Looking For
- 5 years of construction experience as a Superintendent
- Experience running commercial ground up projects in the $5M–$30M range
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite logistics
- Ability to read plans, specs, and schedules with confidence
- Procore experience preferred; solid Microsoft Office skills required
- A leader who communicates well, takes ownership, and drives results
