The position available requires a cheerful attitude and respect for others. Reliability and the drive to assist with duties regardless of the work environment. Applicant must be capable of passing a drug screen. Applicant must also have reliable transportation and be able to work a flex schedule that could include any day between Monday and Saturday. The applicant must also have a current valid driver's license and the ability of getting to and from work.
Pay is commensurate with proficiency, character, and PERFORMANCE. Negotiated hourly pay with performance-oriented bonuses commissions.

This position requires the ability of lifting 25 pounds, standing and/or sitting for 2 hours at any given time on uneven surfaces, the ability to climb a ladder, and be exposed to varying temperatures. The position is responsible for ensuring an extraordinary customer experience by being the front line point of contact between the customer, technician, and manufacturer. Multi tasking, building/handling customer relationships, and keen organizational abilities are a MUST in this position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to maintain excellent relations between customers and store
- Answers incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional manner
- Calls Customers with scheduled updates and notates detailed information along with the next follow up call date into our CDK CRM System
- Greets all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Works closely with all team members in the Service Department to obtain current up to date status of the customers units in for service to enable accurate updates to management and customers
- Updates information into our CDK computer system throughout the day to ensure live up to date information for all to see.
- Calls customers and ensures timely pick up of units once work is complete
- Works with the Parts Department to provide customer estimates
RV Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Previous RV or automotive industry Service Advisor/Writer experience
- Strong Customer Service background
- Strong computer skills and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in person
- Ability to accept additional tasks, duties and/or direction from management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential Job Skills:
- High school education or equivalent
- 2 year of reception and service process experience in RV, Auto or Marine industry
- Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the shop
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient computer skills (Amateur skills negated)
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Forklift experience/certification preferred or ability to be certified required
