RV SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE NOT NECESSARY - OUR BEST SALES STAFF HAVE PAST AUTO, EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE OR POWERSPORTS EXPERIENCE.

This is for our location in Cumming! We are a privately owned full-service dealership that specializes and stocks 200 RVs. RV Salesperson Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Having the knowledge and ability to assist customers when purchasing an RV
• Meet and greet customers with the utmost respect and professional level that meets or exceeds Southern RV's and customers’ expectations and turn those meetings into a sale
• Input all quotes and deals into our software software databases and be able to process all paperwork correctly
• Must be knowledgeable in all products carried by Southern RV
• Create and execute strategies to increase sales production
• Review and update daily reports
• Maintain the required level of monthly sales
• Must learn and be knowledgeable in all Finance areas / institutions that Southern RV has a relationship

RV Salesperson Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including all of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM tools
• Goal oriented, reliable, trustworthy
• Ability to work also in a team environment with a helpful attitude

Most work is performed in and outdoors; employee is exposed to various weather conditions.

RV Salesperson Benefits:

This is a commissioned, benefited position that must be available for weekends. Pay is commission with a small base. Your success is commensurate with proficiency, character, and drive.

This position requires a cheerful attitude and respect for others. Reliability and the drive to assist with duties regardless of the work environment. Applicant must be capable of passing a drug screen. The applicant must also have a current valid driver's license, be able to qualify for a DOT physical card, and have the ability of getting to and from work.
