We are currently seeking experienced Millwrights for a full-time position at a local manufacturing facility in Hattiesburg, MS. This is a steady, long-term opportunity with consistent hours.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Location: Local plant in Hattiesburg, MS

Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform mechanical assembly and disassembly of equipment and components
- Installing Expansion Joints
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Align, level, and secure machinery to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Identify mechanical issues and perform corrective maintenance
- Follow lockout/tagout and all plant safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime
Requirements
- Previous millwright or industrial maintenance experience required
- Must be able to work at height. Job will require working above ground on scaffolding.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Must be able to pass a drug screen in Hattiesburg, MS
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a production environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or plant maintenance experience
- Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment
- OSHA or safety training a plus
