- Clean and prepare guest rooms to high standards, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, refreshing bathrooms, and ensuring every room feels inviting and well cared for.
- Maintain a clean, organized housekeeping cart at all times, keeping supplies stocked, neatly arranged, and ready for efficient room turns.
- Pay close attention to detail, ensuring appliances, fixtures, linens, and amenities are thoroughly inspected and meet quality expectations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly when encountered, responding politely to requests, and helping create a positive, memorable stay.
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Weekends: Some weekends required, especially during football season
- Pay: Hourly position
- Bonuses: Additional bonuses earned per room cleaned, rewarding efficiency and quality
