Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Promotes community education in rehabilitation & wellness. Assists in the development & implementation of the marketing plan. Provides pre-admission assessment of patient candidates for the Rehabilitation Care Unit, including the determination of the discharge plan, and obtaining Medical Director & business office/insurance company approval. Establishes and maintains optimum working relationships with third party payers, case management organizations, physicians, discharge planners and community referral sources.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech pathology.
- Current GA license in nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech pathology
- BLS upon hire and maintain current, Health Care Provider (AHA)
- Two (2) years Rehabilitation experience preferred
