Southern Regional Medical Center is hiring a dynamic Business Operations Manager to join our growing team in Shreveport, LA. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure organizational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow our healthcare services
- Manage a portfolio of established accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Lead staff meetings, presentations, and operations meetings with leadership team
- Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional service experiences
- Regularly report on office performance and business development efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (experience considered in lieu of degree)
- 2 years of office management, business development, or account management experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a Health Care setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong Customer Service skills is required
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel:
25% local travel within Shreveport and surrounding areas
