URGENTLY HIRING SECURITY OFFICERS
We are proud to offer our Security Officers a starting rate of $13.00/hour for GATE GUARDS and $15.00/hour for PATROL OFFICERS, as well as a bonus if you are ex-military.

Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
- Check-in Visitors
- Log in all construction vehicles (if applicable)
- Greet all residents
- Monitor building, Parking lot, and pool areas
- Patrol Property and issue citations
- Complete Daily Activity Reports, Logbook entries, Incidents, and all relevant reports related to job assignment
- Maintain a working knowledge of all emergency policies, procedures, and regulations
- respond to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations
- Monitor cameras or equipment in a continuous manner
- Being diligent to report any suspicious activity and investigate accidents and criminal acts
