What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Operations Manager position at Southern Protection Agency?
Currently hiring an Area Manager for Atlanta and North Georgia area. This employee would be charged with the day-to-day operations of the company between Atlanta and Helen Georgia.
The Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the field operational performance within the area. Responsibility includes monitoring, managing, and improving the performance of staff as well as maintaining client relations. Hiring and monitoring the training of new personnel as well as equipment inventory will also be part of the primary duty.
Other normal day-to-day duties:
- Responsible for field operations in assigned area.
- Responsible for maintaining schedules
- Site accountability and safety inspections.
- Communicate potential business opportunities to Business Development team
- Incident reporting and investigations
- Annual reviews
- Instruct on company procedure and policy
- Staff meetings
- Review daily field documentation.
- Ensure disciplinary and corrective actions are carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure subordinate personnel comply with all policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
