Tin Lizzy’s Taco Americana is known for our relaxed vibes, fun atmosphere, and signature margaritas. We’re looking for energetic, personable bartenders who are passionate about hospitality, skilled in crafting drinks, and love engaging with guests. If you bring the personality—we’ll bring the tacos.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide attentive bar service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
Engage with guests at the bar, provide recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience.
Take and enter food and drink orders accurately.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock at the bar throughout the shift.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Support servers and the restaurant team when needed.
Uphold Tin Lizzy’s service standards with a positive, upbeat attitude.
Qualifications
Previous bar experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
Ability to engage guests and build rapport quickly.
Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Knowledge of classic cocktails and general bar operations.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
