Position Summary
The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising administrative and clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting both patients and staff. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
- Supervise and mentor front office and clinical support staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with providers to maintain a high standard of patient care.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance management of team members.
- Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and supplies.
- Support HR with employee relations, payroll approvals, and scheduling needs.
- Serve as a point of contact for patients, staff, and leadership regarding clinic operations.

Qualifications
- Required:
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in medical office management or healthcare leadership.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in medical software systems (EHR/EMR)
