1099 Sales Representative — Swimming Pools & Outdoor Living

Southern Poolscapes is looking for a motivated 1099 Sales Representative to help grow our pool/spa construction and renovation business throughout Wilmington and Coastal North Carolina.
This is an independent contractor, commission-only position with no salary or hourly wage. The upside is simple: the more you sell, the more you earn.
You’ll work with homeowners interested in projects including fiberglass pools, custom concrete pools, pool renovations, resurfacing, decking, spas, and outdoor-living improvements. We will feed leads in your zone to you from our marketing team. Finding and selling your own leads only ads more commission.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable meeting homeowners and discussing higher-ticket projects
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule
- Professional appearance and follow-through
- Sales experience preferred
- Pool, construction, home-improvement, or outdoor-living experience is a plus, but not required
Southern Poolscapes takes the sale from contract to completion.
Compensation: 1099 / commission only. No base salary or hourly pay.
For the right salesperson, this is an opportunity to get in early with a growing local pool company and build a substantial book of business. Commission payments are made as we receive progress payments from the customer.
