Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Service Work
- Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, faucets, piping, and water filtration systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and recommend the best solutions for customers.
- Ensure all installations meet current plumbing codes and company quality standards.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to maximize job completion and profitability.
- Customer Service & Professionalism
- Provide an exceptional experience for every homeowner, ensuring satisfaction on every job.
- Explain repair options, costs, and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Represent the company with integrity, cleanliness, and courtesy.
- Teamwork & Operations Support
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and sales staff.
- Maintain accurate job records and submit completed documentation promptly.
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and materials in excellent working condition.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing installation experience.
- Knowledge: Broad working knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and codes.
- Skills:

- Requirements:
