Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Commercial Lines team. This full-time position plays an important role in supporting day-to-day underwriting operations while
servicing our direct book of business. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and manage our direct book of used auto dealers by assisting insureds with policy changes, payments, and general inquiries
- Manage and process liquor liability products, including reviewing applications, issuing policies, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Assist others in the underwriting department with daily operational tasks and administrative support
- Review policy information for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with agents and insureds regarding policy information and required documentation
- Maintain organized records and ensure files are updated within company systems
- Provide excellent customer service while responding to internal and external requests in a timely manner
- Support the team with additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field or 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in commercial lines insurance
- Familiarity with underwriting or policy servicing
- Experience working in an insurance agency or carrier environment
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday –Friday
