Dietary Aide
Flexible shifts, some weekends
We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to support our dining services team in providing nutritious, high‑quality meals to residents. This role ensures meals are delivered in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while supporting resident comfort and well‑being.
What You’ll Do
Assist in serving meals and beverages to residents, patients, and guests
Maintain clean and organized kitchen and dining areas following sanitation and safety standards
Deliver and retrieve meal carts, trays, plates, and utensils in a respectful and timely manner
Support meal preparation, plating, and kitchen organization as needed
Report supply needs to the appropriate supervisor
Participate in ongoing training related to dietary procedures and resident needs
Follow all food handling, infection control, and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food service experience preferred, but training is available
Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of food handling, storage, and sanitation
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
