Compensation and Work Structure
- Standard Rate: $15.00 per hour.
- Premium Pay: A rate of $20.00 per hour is paid for shifts worked during nights, weekends, and holidays.
This position offers flexible, year-round, part-time work with shifts available during our core service hours:
- Morning: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Midday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Evening: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Commitment to weekend and holiday coverage is required.
About the Role
We are hiring dedicated Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters to provide safe, professional, and loving care for our clients' animals in their homes. Your primary goal is to ensure the comfort and well-being of every pet under our supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting safe dog walks and ensuring timely bathroom breaks.
- Providing engaged visits for cats and other small pets.
- Offering quality attention and companionship during each visit (15 to 60 minutes).
- Executing detailed feeding, medication, and care instructions accurately.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this professional role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess a proven, strong affection for both dogs and cats.
- Own a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for daily travel between client locations (this is an "On the road" position).
- Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly and independently.
- Be comfortable performing duties outdoors in all weather conditions.
