Housekeeping cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeping Cleaner to maintain the outside of property,cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential or commercial spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services that ensure a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for clients and guests alike. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to the overall satisfaction of those you serve, making every space shine with freshness and order. You will be willing to drive the golf cart while outside to pick up any and all trash. change all trash can receptacles outside.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces to uphold high standards of sanitation.
• Drive golf cart outside in a safely manner.
• Maintain floor care by stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing various flooring types to preserve their appearance and longevity.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained, stocked, and used safely in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, upholstery care, or window washing as needed to meet specific client requests.
• Follow established protocols for sanitation and cleanliness to prevent the spread of germs and ensure compliance with health standards.

Qualifications

• Proven janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations.
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, bending, and reaching comfortably.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
