Job Summary:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to manage core human resources functions alongside payroll processing and administrative support. This role is critical to ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, HR processes run smoothly, and internal operations remain organized and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Help implement HR policies and procedures
Payroll:
- Process payroll on a regular schedule
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, and deductions
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with accounting/finance for reporting and audits
- Stay current on payroll regulations and tax requirements
Administrative Support:
- Manage HR documentation, filing systems, and reporting
- Assist with scheduling, internal communications, and office coordination
- Support leadership with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Help improve internal processes for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in HR, payroll, or administrative roles
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and HR practices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR/payroll software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
