What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at Southern Oregon Subaru?
Southern Oregon Subaru is currently seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk
Duties include:
- Full cycle accounts payable & accounts receivable-including daily bank deposits, and monthly AR statements
- Perform functions of DMV/Title Clerk- including- processing all accounting and title paperwork for all retail, wholesale, and auction vehicles sold
- Balance schedules and statements to the general ledger
- Perform functions of a Deal Biller-including finalizing car deals in accounting, paying off all trade vehicles with loan balances, submitting funding packets to financial lenders
Experience
- Prior experience in accounting/business office is required
- Previous automotive experience is preferred
