Integrative Medicine Practice – Ashland, Oregon
We are seeking a thoughtful, organized, and patient-centered individual to join a busy naturopathic medical practice in Ashland. This position works directly with one physician and serves as a primary point of contact for patients, alongside the Office Manager.
Our clinic cares for many individuals with complex chronic health conditions. Because of this, excellent communication and compassionate patient interaction are essential. The right candidate will be someone who takes pride in providing a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient.

Position Details
This is a part-time position working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday onsite at Hidden Springs Wellness Center (this is not a remote position). The hours include:
- Monday: 1:00-5:00PM
- Tues, Thurs, Fri: 8:30AM-12:15PM
- Additional hours may be available over time
Responsibilities
Primary duties include:
- Answering phone calls and managing messages
- Checking patients in and out of appointments
- Scheduling new patient and follow-up visits
- Navigating and updating the Electronic Health Record
- Supporting the on-site medicinary (preparing tinctures)
- Shipping medicinary items to patients who are not local
- Acting as a liaison between patients and the physician
- Reviewing and explaining treatment plans with patients after visits
- Collaborating with the Office Manager to ensure smooth operations
Experience
Experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment as a Medical or Administrative Assistant is a strong asset, though we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with natural or integrative medicine is helpful but not required. This position offers an opportunity to learn more about this field of medicine.
